The core focus of the two day retreat was intensive training on Agile frameworks. Through interactive presentations and hands-on workshops, we had the opportunity to dive deeper into modern work methodologies.
The goal of this training was to explore new, practical ways to streamline our workflows, improve project management, and foster an environment where we can work even more effectively and collaboratively to meet our clients’ evolving needs.
Recharging & Connecting Outside the Office
